This is made to contain omega 3, vitamin b3, b6, biotin, iron, copper, keratine (and more) to enhance growth and wellness of the hair- as well as eliminate itchy scalp which causes dandruff overgrowth and prohibits hair growth due to that extra layer of skin! I my self see almost half an inch of growth every to 2 weeks to 3! Be aware of nut allergies as this does contain macadamia AND shea!
